A Prayer for Uncle Gene
Uncle Gene had a heart-attack yesterday and had surgery because they found two blockages. He is doing better today. We wish him a speedy recovery.

Passport Reminder
Passports
Passports are required for all travelers (including children). If you have not already applied for your Passport, please make this a priority as it is your responsibility and it will help to avoid any disappointment at the airport.

Traveling with Minors
If a child under the age of 18 years on the day of departure is traveling to any of Apple's vacation destinations with a parent whose last name differs from the last name of the child, proof of parentage is recommended.PLEASE NOTE: It is strongly suggested that all children under 18 on the day of departure, traveling with an adult other than a parent, have a notarized letter from the non-accompanying parent(s) stating that they have given consent for the child to leave the country.

There is a $5.00 fee for meals on USA3000 flights, if you are interested in purchasing. Credit cards and Debit cards are the only acceptable forms of payment.
You are welcome to bring your own food on the airplane with you (only drinks purchased after the Security check-point will be allowed, but beverages will still be provided on the airplane).

Non-Stop Transfers
The non-stop transfers will allow our group to get to the resort much faster as it is quite a distance from the airport. We will only be traveling with other guests going to the Bahia Principe properties.
What Is Included
Your package price includes round trip airfare, baggage handling, resort transfers to and from the destination's airport, services of an Apple Representative in-resort, and hotel accommodations, taxes and gratuities. When you purchase an All-Inclusive package, all of your meals, drinks, gratuities, entertainment, and a variety of water sports are included in addition to the above.
In this case, your Travel Agent will also be present to assist you with anything that you might need.
